_______________ 1 - 2 Bartenders Please ask around - You do not need to be a member of the Club for consideration. Job Description: We are looking for 1 or 2 enthusiastic part-time bartenders to provide an excellent member drinking experience. Responsibilities: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and clubhouse event patrons. Interact with members, take orders and serve light fare, snacks and drinks. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Plan and present bar menu. Follow all TIPS training including to check patrons' identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay member focused and nurture an excellent member experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Prerequisites and Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. No bartending experience required but it is preferred. Candidates offered a position must have tips certification (will assist with certification) and be able to pass a drug screening test. Knowledge of classic ingredients and mixing of common cocktails is a plus. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean. Provide excellent service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with members. Handle credit card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift.
