General

• Club Directors have decided to implement a formal policy regarding E-bikes; electric scooters, razor boards, and motorized skateboards. The new policy bans all of these devices from the SCSC property effective immediately. This decision was made after several incidents and interactions with users of these devices. As you may be aware, the State of NJ has implemented new regulations regarding e-bikes and pedal assisted electric bicycles. After reviewing the new laws and regulations, considering the traffic already occurring on club property, the volume of people walking and bicycling (manual) along the club road, the BOD have determined that it is in the best interest of the club and the members, and safest for all to not allow them on the club grounds.

• Calling all Cooks - If you would like to prepare your specialty meal for a business meeting or one of the family dinners, contact the office.
• Gardiner's Apiary Honey - Jars sold will help support parent - child events. Stop by the office with cash or Venmo and for pick up. Various sizes from $4 for beeswax to jars for $5 - $132.
• Club Apparel - Check out selections at the bar or office. 

• Patio Walkway Memorial Bricks - A great way to remember and memorialize your loved one, family member, friend, or yourself is a Memorial Brick installed on the clubhouse patio. Cost is $100 per brick and includes installation. Contact the Club office for more information.  Brick orders are placed January 15, May 15, and September 15 of each year. 

• Bathrooms - Please use bathroom trash cans for all diapers and wipes. The lake bathroom pump needed to be replaced due to flushed wipes!

• Alcohol On-Site - Our Liquor License covers our entire clubhouse and the deck (outside of the bar).  As a result, no one is allowed to bring to or consume alcohol in the club house or on the deck that has not been purchased from the clubhouse bar.

• Marijuana and Illicit Drugs - Drugs in any form are strictly prohibited on SCSC property. If there are any questions on this policy, members are invited to attend a membership meeting to address and better understand the policy’s rationale.
• Deer Disease Sighting Information - If you see any sick or dead deer, please fill out the new deer disease sighting form. Videos / photos are encouraged.  Your input is critical for NJDEP Fish and Wildlife's quick response to potential disease outbreaks in NJ deer population.
• Pet Owners - Dogs on the property must be on a physical leash and under direct control of its owner. Electric (wireless) do not meet this rule. Pet owners are fully responsible for the pet's actions. You know your pet. Please do not bring pets to the Club if you think your pet poses a danger or threat to others. All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and properly protected against heart worm, fleas and ticks. All pets must be on a leash at all times. No pet is to be left unattended. In the campground, your pet is not permitted to wander onto or through other campsites. You are responsible for cleaning up your pet's waste and disposing the waste in a trashcan.
